Se enfrentaban al problema de <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost\/essidsolutions\/service\/image-analysis-software\">reconocimiento de im\u00e1genes<\/a> y el tratamiento manual de datos. <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost\/essidsolutions\/service\/intelligent-document-processing\">Tratamiento manual de documentos<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/essidsolutions.com\/data-extraction\">extracci\u00f3n de datos<\/a> ocupaban la mayor parte de su tiempo. Y lo que es m\u00e1s importante, resultaba bastante costoso y a menudo daba lugar a errores no detectados. Por eso quer\u00edan eliminar el elemento humano de los procesos basados en documentos.<\/p>\n<p>Para conseguirlo, el cliente se puso en contacto con ESSID Solutions, proveedor de soluciones de OCR.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Reto: automatizar el tratamiento de documentos con OCR<\/h2>\n<p>El cliente estaba empantanado con la preparaci\u00f3n manual de documentos. Por eso nos pidieron una soluci\u00f3n de OCR eficiente para mejorar la <a href=\"https:\/\/essidsolutions.com\/automated-invoice-processing\">procedimiento de captura de datos de facturaci\u00f3n<\/a> en el lugar de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>El mayor reto para nuestro equipo era desarrollar un sistema que fuera <a href=\"https:\/\/essidsolutions.com\/data-extraction\">capaz de extraer datos<\/a> a partir de miles de plantillas de facturas y requiere una intervenci\u00f3n humana m\u00ednima para adaptarse a las nuevas plantillas.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Soluci\u00f3n: OCR para reducir el tiempo de procesamiento de facturas<\/h2>\n<p>La log\u00edstica est\u00e1 madura para la aplicaci\u00f3n del OCR. La tecnolog\u00eda OCR ha demostrado su eficacia en la identificaci\u00f3n de documentos de transporte como gu\u00edas a\u00e9reas, conocimientos de embarque, facturas, CMR, licencias de importaci\u00f3n, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro equipo empez\u00f3 clasificando varios documentos escaneados, incluidas facturas y CMR. Una vez clasificados los documentos escaneados, tuvimos que comprobar si conten\u00edan errores o anomal\u00edas. Nuestro equipo tambi\u00e9n tuvo que encontrar e identificar sellos en los documentos.
