Elle avait besoin d'une IA d'analyse du service client sur mesure. De multiples sources de donn\u00e9es \u00e9tant attendues, l'infrastructure devait \u00eatre pr\u00eate \u00e0 les recevoir toutes.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, nous mettons en place le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es pour toutes les donn\u00e9es entrantes s\u00e9par\u00e9ment (en fonction du type de donn\u00e9es).<\/p>\n<p>La t\u00e2che principale de notre \u00e9quipe \u00e9tait d'acheminer toutes les informations entrantes vers le point d'analyse unique de l'IA analytique du service client. Pour ce faire, nous avons con\u00e7u le pipeline en fonction des exigences commerciales du client. Le POC complet pour l'atterrissage des donn\u00e9es et le pipeline audio vers texte a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00eat dans les deux premi\u00e8res semaines, l'infrastructure \u00e9tant d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e sur le compte AWS du client.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 2.<\/strong> Nous sommes pass\u00e9s \u00e0 l'ingestion et au traitement. Apr\u00e8s avoir achemin\u00e9 toutes les sources vers un point d'analyse unique, les donn\u00e9es \u00e9taient achemin\u00e9es vers le pipeline pour \u00eatre analys\u00e9es avec Amazon Comprehend. Plusieurs langues \u00e9taient prises en charge et des mod\u00e8les sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e9taient utilis\u00e9s en fonction des besoins du client. Il s'agit de l'un des avantages de la solution en mati\u00e8re d'analyse du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>Notre \u00e9quipe a mis en \u0153uvre des m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9tection des erreurs et de r\u00e9essai \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du pipeline. Les donn\u00e9es de sortie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 stock\u00e9es sur S3 et partag\u00e9es avec le client. Nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette t\u00e2che en 4 semaines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 3.<\/strong> Au cours de la phase d'analyse et de visualisation des donn\u00e9es, nous avons stock\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es sur S3 en tant que catalogue de donn\u00e9es AWS Glue. Toutes les informations stock\u00e9es sur S3 \u00e9taient imm\u00e9diatement disponibles pour \u00eatre interrog\u00e9es via Amazon Athena. Nous avons <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost\/essidsolutions\/service\/machine-learning-consulting\">mis en \u0153uvre Apprentissage automatique<\/a> par le biais d'AWS SageMaker.<\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es trait\u00e9es et l'analyse ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9es \u00e0 AWS Redshift pour une visualisation future. Pour la partie ETL du processus, nous avons <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost\/essidsolutions\/service\/aws-serverless-services\">mis en \u0153uvre par l'interm\u00e9diaire d'AWS<\/a> Glue. Les donn\u00e9es dans Redshift ont \u00e9t\u00e9 partag\u00e9es avec le client ainsi que les tableaux de bord PowerBI construits \u00e0 partir de ces donn\u00e9es. Notre \u00e9quipe a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ce travail en 3 semaines.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">R\u00e9sultat : solution analytique NLP pour l'analyse des courriels et des donn\u00e9es audio<\/h2>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, notre \u00e9quipe d'ing\u00e9nieurs a fourni au client une solution robuste d'analyse de texte pour le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, pour une exploration de texte et une analyse de donn\u00e9es rapides.
