La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 souhaite remplacer les billets papier par des cartes \u00e0 puce afin d'automatiser et d'am\u00e9liorer les processus. L'un des indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance que le client doit atteindre est la gestion efficace des demandes d'indemnisation en cas d'annulation ou de retard d'un train. Le personnel doit traiter de nombreuses demandes de remboursement de retards et traiter des quantit\u00e9s massives de billets papier, ce qui entra\u00eene des d\u00e9penses suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux passagers sont incapables d'adopter les changements induits par la technologie. Le personnel doit encore traiter manuellement de nombreuses demandes de remboursement de retards, malgr\u00e9 la possibilit\u00e9 d'introduire des cartes \u00e0 puce pour am\u00e9liorer les processus de routine. Mais comme les passagers continuent d'utiliser des billets en papier, il devient plus complexe pour le personnel d'effectuer le rapprochement des paiements en esp\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9fi : Syst\u00e8me de traitement des billets par IA pour automatiser la reconnaissance des billets et le traitement des demandes d'indemnisation.<\/h2>\n<p>L'\u00e9quipe d'ESSID Solutions a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise au d\u00e9fi de fournir une solution au probl\u00e8me existant. La solution consistait \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un syst\u00e8me de traitement des tickets enti\u00e8rement fonctionnel et pilot\u00e9 par l'IA. Cette application visait \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la charge administrative en automatisant le traitement des demandes d'indemnisation. Notre \u00e9quipe a fourni des conseils d'experts sur les phases de d\u00e9veloppement d'une application pour plateformes mobiles qui serait capable de reconna\u00eetre, classer et valider automatiquement une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de billets de train.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Solution : Mod\u00e8le bas\u00e9 sur l'OCR pour permettre la reconnaissance, la classification et l'analyse de diff\u00e9rents types de tickets<\/h2>\n<p>L'application mobile devait comprendre les modules suivants :<\/p>\n<p>1. <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost\/essidsolutions\/service\/image-analysis-software\">Capture d'image<\/a> module. Permet d'acqu\u00e9rir des images \u00e0 partir de l'appareil photo d'un smartphone<\/p>\n<p>2. Module de traitement d'image. Permet l'am\u00e9lioration et la normalisation de l'image afin de la rendre acceptable pour l'OCR en utilisant la biblioth\u00e8que OpenCV :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer l'\u00e9clairage en appliquant des algorithmes de correction de l'arri\u00e8re-plan<\/li>\n<li>Activer l'alignement de l'image<\/li>\n<li>Trouver des r\u00e9gions d'int\u00e9r\u00eat (ROI) et extraire des r\u00e9gions avec du texte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Module OCR. En utilisant l'API Google Vision, il devient possible de <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost\/essidsolutions\/service\/image-analysis-software\">d\u00e9tecter du texte dans une image<\/a> et identifie automatiquement la langue (ne prend en charge que la langue anglaise)<\/p>\n<p>4. Classification des billets<\/p>\n<p>5. Analyse des r\u00e9sultats de l'OCR et recherche des informations pertinentes<\/p>\n<p>6. Module API de r\u00e9seau neuronal pour obtenir des classifications et des scores de confiance<\/p>\n<p>7.
